If you wanna sling insults we can do that. But now I’m seriously hoping Haze serves you last or just flat out refunds you and f*cks you out of the unit
My goodness. Either your moms never hugged you or you’re that alpha prick who cuts lines at the coffee shop because you think you’re better...
@PotMonk3y call me petty, but if I were doing business with you, you’d get served last for this come-out-swinging-for-no-reason attitude
Haze is a small company and doing their damn best customer service wise, as is evidenced by those of us here who have dealt with them directly. Everyone here...
@Haze Vaporizers
Sounds like we’d all like some clarification on the one free upgrade
One year from shipping date, or in general.
I never rec’d a shipping confirmation email, I PM’d you directly, so I’m not actually sure when my shipping date was
Had slight combustion a couple minutes ago, but I felt it starting to happen this time and was able to stop pulling before too much smoke was generated
This was after a couple days without a combustion event. I’m almost certain these are technique related. Still loving this unit for being able...
Would it fit if I cut the tubing at the mouthpiece? I don’t have a MFLB, just like the style of adapter, so I’d but it, snip the end and put a spare Square MP in
I’m calling my bowl kicked when I no longer get vapor at 395 with the button facing down
Stepping up temps from 360 (1st factory setting) I can get about 5 solid pulls from 360 and 2 each from settings 2-4
I’ve noticed a couple things after a week’s worth of usage:
- I’ve only had combustion with button down orientation, so I’m a button facing up guy. I’ll do button down to really clear the bowl on my last hit at the 4th setting. Button up also lets me see the LED light so I’ll know if I’ve...
I feel bad man. I took mine apart and put it back together this weekend (just to check; resin buildup from a couple of combustion events). Put it back together freehand (was an absolute bitch, and forgot I had the tool) and it’s hitting better now. Bigger clouds at 360. Can’t test lower til the...
Getting consistent results with the button on top orientation at levels 2-4. Clouds without combustion
I’ve also been shaking the device (with mouth piece removed) or flipping the device to button-down position to stir the bowl or get the material a little closer to the heat source if needed...
Packed a bowl just now, looser than before, and got 2 nice clouds at the 4th factory setting. Packed loose enough that if I tapped the side of the bowl I could see the bud move.
First time I’ve pulled above the 3rd setting and not combusted
That’s good to know. I wonder about the AVB’s viability for edibles after convection. Wonder if there’s more or less cannabanoids left if the bud is still green
Looking to do a full charge, fully packed run tomorrow night to track how things go when used to it’s full flower potential
I’ve been used to a nice brown color using my Solo. Should I not expect that then with convection? I’ll keep hitting a green bowl all day just because that’s the learned behavior
(Side note: I took 3 pulls from an empty chamber yesterday. Didn’t realize it was empty til I opened it lol. Slight...
Having the same issue with combustion happening on the first pull of new bowls, or as soon as the light is green. Twice yesterday on the factory set 4th setting (390?).
I’m getting the wispy clouds id expect most of the time on the 2nd setting, but would love to get up to the 400 range with no...
Will also say that the screen and bowl clean real easily with just a cotton swab and some iso. May not need to deep clean all that often if you wipe each chamber down after a couple of bowls
This is the temp scale I’ve been used to for 8 years with my Arizer Solo:
Level 1 – 50°C / 122°F.
Level 2 – 185°C / 365°F.
Level 3 – 190°C / 374°F.
Level 4 – 195°C / 383°F.
Level 5 – 200°C / 393°F.
Level 6 – 205°C / 401°F.
Level 7 – 210°C / 410°F.
I liked that 5-6 range, so if I can get to...
