I’d be super interested. I’ve mostly switched to dabs on the strength of the pivot but the Argo is my all time favourite form factor that I’d be most interested in getting an update
Pivot got me off carts probably for good. It’s not quite as convenient but it’s close enough to push me over that line where dry herb vaping hasn’t been able to replace carts in all the years I’ve tried.
I’m vaping rosin on blue and while I’ve never timed it it feels quite a bit faster than...
It’s actually kind of surprising they don’t have that considering they seem to have deliberately targetted the 510 market with their advertising and that’s how most people are using carts.
Past couple months it’s been my puffco pivot, basically since I got it. We have good quality Rosin here from the legal market so it doesn’t feel like a DHV which is going to be bigger and slower to heat up because it has to cook a bunch of plant matter is very attractive anymore when I can just...
I’m happy with my LOBO. I also own a stickybrick, arizer air max, arizer ArGo, 2 dynavaps and a wand and a Puffco Pivot for comparison. I feel like a lobo would serve you well despite lacking the adjustable air flow.
It’s my favourite dry herb vape, however the puffco pivot is my favourite...
I typically do tiny dabs, like enough that when I heat my hot knife gravity won’t drop it down it will just spread out on the hot knife if I don’t bring the hot knife down onto the bottom of the atomizer to let it flow off. I dab because I think it’s overall a better experience than dry herb...
Yeah after using this thing a little bit I love it. I take small dabs so no issues with cleanup or reclaim getting in awkward places and it’s been a joy to use.
As an update to this, I emailed puffco and they got back to me same day and are sending out a replacement battery, so I absolutely feel like they took care of my concerns.
Device itself rips too, happy with my purchase.
So my pivot arrived today, there’s a fair amount of corrosion where the battery/body attached to the chamber.
I feel like this probably shouldn’t be like this. I reached out to my retailer to see if I should go through them or through puffco. Will update to see how it gets resolved… 🤷♂️
A dry herb vaporizer in a 510 battery form factor that heats up as quickly and produces dense cool vapour would probably be the peak of vaporizer tech for me. We’re still a ways off from that
I haven’t used the other induction heaters but am happy with my wand and would suggest it as a safe purchase you likely won’t feel you’ve made the wrong choice with.
I’m not sure what you mean by “use it like a torch”
It’s going to be heavily dependent on price whether I’m on board the woodwynd train or not. Futo exists and I’ve had absolutely beautiful stems made by them, with the bonus that I was able to chose which wood the stems were made of, and their prices are extremely reasonable (35-40 at the entry...
I will second the vote for Futo. Both my stash boxes are beautiful and feel very high quality in the hand, they hold a Dyna + bud, they’ve absolutely increased my enjoyment of my vapes.
I gotta say, I’ve been using my M21 a lot these past few days since the Vong is set to half bowl, and it’s a nicer vape than it really gets credit for. Maybe the heavy lifting is that it pairs really well with the wand but I’ve been getting two draw extractions with it and it’s been nice. I...
I like my B, I use it when I’m kayaking and don’t want to get any of my wood stems wet and I appreciate that silicone is an extremely easy material to clean.
Honestly I don’t love the absolute ranking of one is better than the other people tend to do here. They all have different form factors, they all have differing levels of financial investment where you’d feel more or less good about having one fall out of a pocket, they’re all varying degrees of...
I have not used any of the longer stems, they should work though.
Arizer sells a water pipe adapter stem for the ArGo, that would be the cheapest option provided you already have a water piece.sneaky Pete and I’m sure others also have their own versions. I have one from arizer and it works...
