I am getting sick and tired of these companies taking my money months in advanced with nothing to show for it. They could at least wait to charge my card until it's ready to ship out. :mad:

I have returned over 10 iolites within a five year period. They all took around 2 weeks from mailing it out to receiving a new one. Did you mail yours directly to Ireland? Thats probably why it took so long. I have always sent my Iolites to their service deparment in Illinois. Oh wait...

It does state that they are air tight. But i guess the only way to find out is to buy one.
