Thanks for the response :) Yes it’s hitting the splinter screen I’ve just measured the male joint from the mouthpiece and it’s 21/22 mm I will get back in touch with vapefiend as this is the 3rd one they have sent out All 3 too long :( and hitting the screen

Hi all :) Could someone tell me if the cooling mouthpiece should hit the splinter gauze when inserted I’ve just bought a replacement and am not quite sure that my last one did

Thanks for the quick response folk It's a two hole version and am using a Wismec gen 3 dual ,as far as I know am in just the basic mode and it times out after 10 secs I've tried again at 30w and got vapour to my surprise ,I think I have still been drawing to fast ,shortly I will trying lower...
