The stock screen clogs entirely after 3-4 bowls, i think the surface gets hot enough to melt the oils off the herbs that get stuck to it during a session causing sticky residue to stop the airflow. My homemade screen working great.

I just popped out the mouthpiece screen and layed a flat screen and pieced it back together. Looks legit. The unit is giving big cloudy hits now on micro loads, love the efficiency. Seem like a took a small break In period.

It took me 5 or 6 bowls to fully get rid of the plastic tastes. I did 3 burn offs at 430 but didn't really seem to make a difference. The cfx puts out crazy hard hits for me.

Looks like the cfx 2.0 will have the heater placed at the bottom to keep the chamber cool for true convection. Confirmed with boundless after I thought I could be an improvement, so obvious.

How do u take out the factory screen? I checked and the dome screens and basket screens look identical, like a top hat. Do the dome screens have rim u need to cut? The factory screen looks like it can do the job fine..but better airflow means more efficient hits.

So far I've noticed that micro loads don't give me good hits. I'll have to try a micro at 420 degrees to start off to see if that works. I packed a normal solo sized bowl, prob .1 I took 3 nice big cloudy hits, turned it off and the next day finished the rest and almost couldn't finish it...
