I agree, I sent my ti cera in for strap failure and because my cart leaked all the time. (Too large air gap) they didn't even open the cart up to inspect it. It's been 2 weeks since I got it back. Still leaks bigtime. ;( I really wish they would at least put the effort in to inspect it.
When my strap failed mine would do the same thing, next time it acts up try pushing down on the cart or up on the switch (hard) mine would make contact and work again. I used it this way for over 6 months until I could finally send her in and get her repaired.
So I finally broke down and sent her in for strap failure.
The connection point on my Ti welded strap failed 6 months ago, but I could just push the bottom cap down and she would still work.
I love my cera, time apart from her is tough.

It was a HE knockoff of the infinity nail. Can you overheat a grade 2 and cause this to happen? I ran out of butane and used the glass torch..... oops
it actually was a real HE dualti nail.
