I just want to say that i am one of the person who cancelled my ZXXL. I just sent a e-mail , got a fast response to confirm and then the refund was processed the next day. There is no need for chargeback , if you are not happy with the wait , just send a e-mail for a refund.

Very close to my setting for the Tornado (Hot Ones) . I have 4000 , 4250 and 4600 at 100% / Cascade. Pretty much same position for wagon wheel.

I am using it with the Inductor Right now till the Forge problem is fixed. It very fast heat up with the inductor , about 4-7 sec but you cannot trust the click . If you heat till the click , you will get combustion. But with the way the inductor works , it easy to apply more heat if it not...

I missed the part where you unscrew the top part , mine was kinda hard to twist so i never tried to force it . Now i have been able to dissamble and clean the part ... I kinda abused it since i got it because it was dirty down there lol... Thanks for the info,

Does anyone know of a video or guide to dissassemble the Firewood 9 for cleaning? The user manual doesn't really explain how to take it apart for cleaning. Thanks

I paid extra for UPS because DPD takes forever to get here and clear custom. It shipping yesterday , stopped in Castle Donington last night and arrived in Louiseville KY this morning. So it didn't stay long over there.

You put your herbs in the cap . I use the magnet that on top of the XL carry tube but any magnet will do . Use the magnet to stick to the cap and unscrew it . The cap on the magnet will cool down much faster then the rest. Reload cap , screw back on with the magnet . Ready for round 2!

Update! I talked to John directly on the phone . He apologized for the miscommunication and the delays , explained everything in details . Waiting on some parts but my Forge will be fixed and sent back soon. I am happy with the resolution of the problem and John was very nice .
