Thanks for posting that link. I had a sneaking suspicion that jcvap would carry them eventually. I've had good luck with their replacement ceramic heating plates for the peak.

I would definitely update the firmware if needed via the EScribe software. I'm pretty sure there is a timeout setting somewhere in there. Let me know if you are unable to find it .
