The cooling fins have a standard 510 connection with the battery module. It can be removed, though it may mean using a wrench on the fins themselves. You should wrap the fins in cloth, tape, or several layers of plastic wrap to protect them from being damaged by the wrench. We use thread locker...
Hey, all! Here are a couple of 5-min video hacks for anyone needing to replace their chimney or their coil (in the event of a "no atomizer" issue). Neither of these repairs require the high-temp bonding ceramic that we used.
Replacing the chimney:
Replacing the coil:
If you do not have an...
If you know of someone who works with borosilicate glass, you could have them cut and polish you a 20mm length of 19mm diameter (OD) tubing. Then, after cleaning out all of the old chimney and ceramic adhesive, just wedge three thin strips of bamboo or balsa between the new glass tubing and the...
Urbanistic îs/was a legit dealer in Canada and in the UK. Unfortunately, they never paid us for the inventory that they have in stock. We shipped it to them on consignment and even paid shipping fees. They never returned our correspondence.
I just re-opened international shipping so folks could get the repair kit or a Terp Surfer. But, if a package is lost in the mail, please understand that we won't be able to provide a replacement.
Here's a relatively easy hack to replace the quartz dosing capsules. Simply find someone to cut and polish a 14mm length of 16mm diameter borosilicate tubing, or find them on e-bay(?). This will fit nicely on top of the screen in the Terp Surfer and will give you essentially the same performance...
Hey, everyone!
Apologies for being remiss on communicating here in the forum... business and life have been consuming.
As you know by now, we've made the difficult decision to close down operations. In the end, we needed to raise capital to offset increased costs of goods and...
Glad you like it! I've been finding that the capsules work really well in the Crystal Bowl. They're more efficient due to an insulating air gap with the wall of the bowl, and the narrower diameter. You can also adjust the height to be closer to the heating chamber.
Hmmm... I wonder what would...
Hey, all! I had a delightful conversation on the podcast, Mildly Interesting people.... the episode will drop on 4/20 at 4:20. I hope y'all have something better to do at that time, but if not, we'll be responding to questions on YouTube at that time.
Here's the link for when it's live:
Hey, all! We've been working on a secret project over the past year. Really excited to announce the launch of ChatTHC -- an AI Budtender.
Will it enhance the customer experience? Will it put budtenders out of a job?... Learn more about it in our post here and let me know what you think!

So glad that you're enjoying it!! The pinch grip is our go-to as well... Josh, my co-founder loves to puff while riding his bike and has perfected the pinch. Wild man. Only one crash so far. 🙃
Here's a bonus "surf trick" for y'all... put a second titanium screen over your herb. This acts as a...
Well, all is not lost... with the silicone adapter, the Neo will work with almost any pipe or bong. I suggest starting with a pipe because you have more control and it's easier (IMHO) to dial in the vapor. Preferably, choose a pipe with multiple holes or a screened bottom so there's better...
Please DM me your order # and I'll check into it... I got married Saturday so I've been away from the office for a few days. Unfortunately, the post office is closed today, but if it didn't go out late last week, I'll make sure it's at the PO first thing tomorrow morning.

Just announced the new Crystal Bowl to our email list... consider signing up for early access to products and deals. We hate spam and send out newsletters just once a month or so. PrrlLabs.com
Here's the short video that we're going to run on social... please share with your friends who are...
Just for reference, the quartz chimney on the Neo is exactly 19 mm and the recessed rim of the Terp Surfer's bowl is 19.4mm in diameter.
I highly recommend using the silicone adapter for 18.8mm female joints because their rims are often uneven and don't form a great seal with the chimney...
We ship it with a narrow bottle brush that you just dip in alcohol, then run it up the stem and then use a cotton swab for the chamber under the bowl. I clean mine maybe once a month. But, I clean the titanium bowl and screen every couple of uses with either just an alcohol wipe or a full dunk...
