So....is there any science behind the 20-44 hours?

So one needs a 20-44 hour "t-break", after "moderate doses", to have used "wisely", then it "can have a very positive effect on consciousness". Still reads funny to me. Still not sure where the 20 hour minimum and 44 hours "ideally" come from.
