I did it a few times. Nice to end the session, only the on-demand mode is better for me.

That is exactly how it is supposed to work. If you are in the setting, the device will vibrate continuously, you have your point, hold the button, the device will give feedback by vibrating when accepting the setting. Do not forget to turn it off.
