my adaptor is still on the way but my understanding is one end fits the tornado and the other end fits either 8 or 9mm stems. The actual dimensions of the tornado end are irrelevant.

I haven't been keeping up with the latest in atomizers since moving to boro mods but I should imagine you could find a 26-24mm beauty ring pretty easily! I haven't actually heard of 26mm mods so parsons might have to be the source of the beauty ring if its not a standard size.
