Never had that problem with rbt. Is it a China model? Ryan’s got great customer service, but I believe all customer services is done through the retailer now? I’m probably wrong.

V1 and v2 are made completely in China is what I was told by the rbt retailers. And that the quality is good. I trust Ryan, All of my rbt were made in the u.s. So i m waiting for my v2. Do I need to do a cleaning burn off when I first get the China model,to rid of any manufacturers...
