Well, I'm celebrating 1 year RMA . My only unit is out from so long time that I don't even remember exactely how it looks like. Naturally I got another driver, like the majority here. Because not all the people can buy lot of expencive units. The one I got now costs 1/5 and will never ever fail...

If what you say (I got ten batteries ready for the hopeful return from annual RMA) is right , my experience with GH is over. And that also if it will come back not perfect, as I heard form some posts here. Never invest one more buck
