Preorder for okeanos? Is the upgrade now available @THC SCIENTIFIC? Also, Ive been reading on this mech top and im still unclear what its for/ does. Does it work with herc, iris, core only or necessary?

The iris is for regulating voltage between 3.7 up to 7.4 with the white rod. The black rod is 3.7 only. In other words you cant crank it down with the iris. I suffer from asthma too and sometimes the big high volt clouds can put a hurt on me. With the iris and the white rod you can tone down...

MY Ti coil is the bomb. I recommend getting one of those, as they are precut. Mine sits to where the rod is about a mm higher. This works best. I had an original sr71 coil and tried cutting it to get it dialed in, but it was a mess.

Nowhere even remotely close to that. Try closer to 1/10 of that :rockon: The dude is super cool too. He tossed in a brand new kiss cart and new 2.4 oil cart for shipping out a little late. What a guy! Hell of a deal! Never used to boot :) I on the other hand have gone to town on it in the past...

@THC SCIENTIFIC how do I upgrade to this new top and bottom? I have one of the older version Persei I got off sleepininca not too long ago. It works just fine, but I keep reading here that it was not designed to handle the sr71. Seeing as how that's all I use it for, I'm a bit concerned...

Man I want one of those mini lites bad! @THC have you ever given any thought to produce a shorter .5g essential oil cart? It would be so perfect for the mini or mini lite. Ultimate portability, especially if it had a heat sheild designed for discretion. Just dreaming about it :)

I agree. Stick to the 71. All you really need to upgrade is the 3.7v rod and the shorter titanium coils both available on w9 website. This way you can switch it up how you like. I honestly prefer the 7.4v white rod set up. Only thing that I like is the shorter ti coil. Some people also like...
