Did anyone expecting back a stainless steel legacy hopper from hopper labs receive an IO? i sent in my Ti io and got back an SS legacy hopper. 🤣😅😭

That asked you to send your io back? I just put in a warranty request and they put me in line. Told me I could trade my hopper io in for 80$ off a new io. Hahaha :doh:

@MoltenTiger I ordered an MC2 charger when I read your comment recommending it. It's the second time I hear the MC2 is better. Your reply just solidified my purchase. I have left my batteries in the VC2 over night,😬 So hopefully I do a lot less damage with the MC2 haha. Thanks for the info dude!

What about the Xtar VC2? As good or nah? I remember someone on reddit said it doesn't completely cut off after the batteries are full. I like the info on the VC2 display, that's why I got it.

) The battery is a 2 weeks old. It came with the hopper IO. The battery chamber also has some gunk in it. I had to slam the hopper against the desk to get the battery out.

Yeah this has happened to me. Mostly when I set it upside down in the stand to reload the chamber. It stopped happening now though. The battery is leaking though. I think. Haha. Gonna email them about it.

Has no one received a registration ID on their hopper io box? Mine didn't come with one either.

let us know if they actually ship it and you get it early. I asked them twice to send it early and they confirmed both times they would ship it. I have received nada, gave up and decided to wait lol.

How long does it take to test batteries? I wonder if they'll start shipping on Monday.

So I'm understanding that the kinks are being worked out of the power adapter. Once they are is there going to be one version of the power adapter that works with both hoppers or will there be separate units for legacy hoppers and io hoppers?

I think they meant screwed in the sense of waiting. Last I remember hopper labs said they would prioritize the batteries for the hopper orders. Once those are fulfilled then they will start sending the extras. I could be totally wrong though.

@Vapor_Eyes have you been experiencing the heater screen falling off after a few sessions?

They replied to my request on the 26 as well but no hopper yet :(
