Does anyone know if the D-nail carb cap is more or less metal mass than the v-rod carb cap? I got the vrod carb cap since the d-nail one is out of stock and this one seems pretty hefty. Does anyone know how the d-nail cap compares in size?

Well they've been having issues as a company for years now. Seems like they will never get their act together. I've heard rumors of them being bought out. Constant shipping issues, stock issues dodging customers questions. Shady business practices. I will never buy from d-nail again in my life.

I read from another user on the forums that the different types of wood can make a "big difference". Is this true? If so, I'm not concerned, I can just put a sock over it to heat it up a bit

Ordered my PD a couple weeks back, can't wait to hold it :brow: I got the sapele with bison leather on the bottom. Anyone recieve their sapele unit yet? How does it compare to the other types of wood? (besides being harder and a few degrees colder)
