Same thing happened to me recently...no discount offered...just agreeing with me to try a SiC next time...haven't had it a year yet and the inner rim is severely chipped...sucks...don't want to have to drop down 80 more bucks when they ever get SiC back in stock

Thanks @SamuraiSam....I have been really impressed with the omicon...way better then my initial experience with concentrate pens from a few years ago...much harder hits...I will look into the 1701 for sure...might grab a nibbler one day if I can justify the price tag...we'll see how much I use...
