Very interesting reading! And for the cleaning, I'm no scientist, but after leaving my contacts in there for a minimum of 8 hours, I put 'em back in my eyes! It's just hydrogen peroxide and something on the disk it reacts with it that neutralizes it, it's safe to drink after, but I don't.
