It appears to have the same internals of the 1400 Hammer heating element so you might want to jump on the AW train sooner than later. I'm glad I listened to the guys and picked some up. A night and day difference! -Z

No o-ring for the Volcano. The easy valve fits right inside the VEI but you would need a seal at the top. I've set it on top of the Volcano as well as on the easy valve with major leakage out of the sides. I could be missing something, but the instructions don't mention it. I'll give it a shot...

Regarding the Bender and the Boro grid on the top for filtering, I've noticed that four out of the 12 holes on mine ended up closed by the blower. Not sure if its related, but the herb seems to combust in the chamber in the area above the closed holes. I did some preliminary testing last night...
