Ironically right as I was about to give up I figure the I'd give it one more shot. I filled with my nearly empty butane can and it actually went fairly normal. Anyways it started roaring strong like it used to and after like 15-20 clicks it ignited lol. Oh man this thing sometimes... :lol:

This is impossible. Got a brand new can of butane. Purged until there was no more hissing. Made sure can was securely on. Press down. Instantaneous overflow. Switch to 1. No sound. Try to refill again without purging. Instantaneous overflow. Lovely. Which could mean only thing that my IO fills...
