I ordered from vapor nation but they said i need to provide a picture of the card used containing the last four digits on the card only because the card was flagged as unverified (probably due to a billing address mistake). Is this safe and for what reason is it done?

does putting the wax on top of flowers limit the mess well or is there still a good amount of crud that gets left in the bowl
