The plastic base on my solo cracked around one of the screws. This is a weak point in the unit. I loosened my screws a little when I received it, like others have said to do and it still cracked. Good thing it still works, I will test it right now just to make sure :tup: Edit: 12 mins...

It is normal for that to happen. Try drawing slower and let it heat back up for a little before taking another draw. You will notice as your session goes on the temp LEDs will not drop as much from a single pull. Mine drop a lot at the beginning and won't drop as much towards the end of the session.

I finally got my solo! It is beautiful. So far I start at level 3 and move up to 6 and I get nice brown ABV. It was a lot smaller than I expected and looks very nice. Big upgrade from a LB.

I bought mine on vapornation price matched at $140. If you are in the US I feel like they are a good vendor. There are others that might be good too but from my experience so far vapornation is great. They have a live chat feature and their website is clean and easy to navigate.
