OH NO. After having the Alfa for two years, the temp control stopped working. Any time I turn it on, it goes to the highest heat setting and stays there. So sad, I loved this little thing.

I think it’s the use of the Grinder, that's giving you better ABV. It's essential for getting the most out of it. I also dump it out and reload about 3 times, to get every last bit of vapor out.

I find a tight pack makes all the difference. I used to use the pad, but now I just push the material down tight, and it works like a beauty every time, no mater how much I put in.

I got pretty angry too about having to buy more of these to make it work, and they sent me a free one. I told them I was a loyal customer, and had already spent too much on batteries and chargers to make it work, I was really about to retire it when the new battery came.

Wow, have had the FF for close to year now, but the thing never worked great until I got the new 770 battery. Session goes from 15 minutes on the old 750, to 45 on the new 770

I found the one minute shut off annoying at first, but the unit is so efficient , that now I'm glad it turns off after a minute, saves your product. And, you can always just click the on button within the minute, to keep it going.
