I like the idea but smaller portable options instead. Short ish stem with glass nipples and glass beads on the inside.

Seems like a great time for someone to come up with some pretty nice after market glass for the TM. Something like the Grav Labs but with more cooling going on.

Not a good feeling here. I heard back a couple days ago about my missing TM on my order and they said they were sorry and would ship it. Nothing has been shipped and the site is now down 😳

Sounds like selective customer service. My friend reached out and she heard back within a week and here I am going on two months. Not cool. I paid for 2 units and only received one and will most likely not hear back for a while. Pretty bummed out :(

What has been the turn around in hearing back from TM? I am going on 2 months with no replies and now short 1 vaporizer on my last order. I have given this guy a lot of business and now wishing I did not. Great product but zero support at this point.

The only section I see is for a return and I did use that form to inform the maker of my order shortage. Very frustrated at this point.

I have the slider piece. How has this not been mentioned by others? Lips are currently burning well after usage and with slow draws. This has me very concerned as a new buyer. I have just sent Marc an email about my concern.

Is it normal to have lips burning at the lowest level? Glass is very hot with just one hit.

Pretty simple. Offer two options 14mm and 18mm and that should cover most everyone. Selling it as a WPA without any glass makes no sense.
