Well, so far, the lavender in the experiment has gone through some changes. At first, it smelled like fresh lavender, then the scent dropped dramatically into this boring general plant scent. Now it smells like lavender again, but I'm concened about the buds having this brown blush of color on...

I got it in band, our insoles in our marching shoes were literally cardboard. No arches. I didn't even march and my feet, they did not like those shoes. I got arch supports, and lost some weight, and even though my feet aren't perfect they aren't complaining anymore.
