I just wanted to post a follow up. The missus and I changed the battery and the heat fuse (managed to find a replacement locally) I just wanted to thank you for the help. It's just a shame that i feel the community is better placed to handle repair issues than S&B themselves.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Epicvape for my RMA. The wood had cracked and got great service and help. So happy to have (imo) the best, sub $200 vape. Awesome stuff!
