Please try cleaning your box. Use Iso on a Qtip... and without getting anything really wet, rub the two rods, well, and wipe them off with dry qtip. Be sure they do not have an appearance of 'fuzziness"... that would be residues depposited on the rods, and that causes the symptoms you speak...

Sounds like your unit is the color of a YellowJacket, or a Bee.. I love black and yellow. You get decent size, but not very thick.,... my advice: Settle for decent size for now, and become very medicated.... and stay calm... and do it daily. You soon will blow Fog from every pore if you wish...

Herbalizer has done well here. 100% of the folks that have been over to visit it are joyful over their visit. I can count the times I have used the bag on one hand... but I enjoyed it. I have been having a very pleasant time medicating since I have had this unit, and find myself making excuses...
