My XP is a great tool. Toward the end of it's time, my INH400 had this issue. A helpful hint is to take a small piece of scotch tape, to stabilize the charger's wire, once you get the USB connection in a positive position that lights the light.

You would be wise to follow instructions,, and NOT place herb in before oven is heated. The rising temperature against your herb exacerbates deposits of oils from the flower on the oven walls. You will be fine for a while, but this does build up. Herb placed in an already hot oven starts vaping...

On the straight up version, I used LSV Heater cover and long transfer wand. The one straight out is the long transfer wand paired with either an SSV Hands free HC or a DBV HC.

I am so sorry that your experience was as you described. Your experience is not typical. Mine has been cooking daily... with same battery for almost 3 years. Here in the community a couple dozen patients have one as well... with only tube replacement as an occasional cost.

Since the product is new... and the company is new... this implies that the customer service process is also new, and going through development. The intent is perfect customer service obviously. I am sure that your comment here will help things in a direction you will find able to improve that...

I clean the inside chamber very rarely.... I also squeeze out t=excess Iso, and then I carefuly go down the center not touching the walls.... ...and I repeatedly drag the qtip in an upwards direction against the walls.... so that all wiping of the walls is only done in one direction...

I will agree with "why take a chance". I never felt good/comfortable using a bubbler suspended over any piece of equipment.

The design and placement of teeth is so very close to Space Case that it should grind well. The deal is a bit expensive if you are only looking to use certain parts (I would use the 2 piece configuration.) If one were to envision using it a couple of ways, even on occasion, it seems a fair deal...
