Can you try something for me, if your rod is getting hot do this, try to vaporizer while the battery is pointing south towards the ground. Using this method i see my vapor increased by 2 fold.

Guys I'm simply baffled. I have taken 10 Hercules of the production line and can not recreate any of the issues you have described. I am just baffled. Only thing else is drive down to Sam Diego just to see these hercs in person.

Do this for me, take the ptfe shell out and just run it with out that. Place the stainless top cap on the Hercules and then place the mouth piece on. Press the button and see what it does.

Can you weigh out the coils please? Then take the whole Hercules apart. Including the mouth piece retainer nut. I'm trying to figure how it vaporized 1 gram of oil without getting any vapor.
