We knew you were a sensitive guy, of course, but to find out you're light sensitive?
Man, that's class........ Even if you do spell 'color' with a U......

Great suggestion, they are handy tools IMO as well. They are actually very common in the real world, especially Aisa. The are metal 'ladle type' ear picks...
Sounds great, but please, please, please, please don't set it up so you need normal color vision to be able to use it? Consider that there are about as many color blind men (basically no women) in the world as there are guys who are left handed (about 10 to 12% in each case). Half of us can't...
SS wire is hard to come by, not much all for it in the general market I guess. You can sometimes find it in hardware stores as picture hanging wire. I ordered some SS safety pins to play with, that wire is, of course, quite hard.

Cheer up. Without us, you'd still be trying to figure out what to do with your money. Might even have to get a woman to help you to get rid of it? Plenty of 'em around and it's awfully traditional........

I wouldn't worry too much about what metal they're using for a heater, we don't need to get involved really. There are lots of appropriate alloys no doubt to pick from. IMO a straight up engineering job, and not one that takes an old hand, give it to the new guy?
Another wild card in this...
I think you're right. At least most owners see it that way. Just what they wanted when they went looking for a session vape.....not something that needed opening, stirring, and initiating another heating cycle and then timing the hit to the machine. We want to sit and sip (or honk) on it when...
I hope you understand many of us don't share your definition? Such is life, of course. Bottom line is I think this vape will disappoint many who got interested based on early claims.
You know, you might drive a dune buggy to work every day. And be quite happy doing so. Most, however, would...
Your call, of course, but in my pocket it rides a LOT better than the straight one in a 'travel tube'. If you don't want mechanical protection you can just cap it and be done, of course. But you can't get much thinner than the 'correct' size glasses case nor is there any extra room side to...
Good point. Add the number of guys that get drunk, fall in the pool, and die of dihydrogen monoxide poisoning to the ones that get lost in the desert and die of DHMO deprivation and it's dangerous stuff indeed. And we let our children play with it unattended straight out to the hose on hot...
There's an entire thread on the topic, captained by no less a sage than our own t-dub:

I use hard glasses cases, for instance this one (I think)...
Agreed, but when it comes down to battery life average power is the general measure anyway. But yes, that power (whatever it is) has to come from Mister Battery. On average. It's not a perfect measure, of course, losses are higher at higher currents, but good enough for 'back of the envelope...
No need to panic. Google "baby soda bottles" (they're the blanks soda bottles are blown from), dozens of places, including Amazon know them by that name. Commonly sold as test tubes as well:

No, charging is basically at the same rate (about .8 Amps) but at twice the voltage for Solo. It will take the same time but deliver half the run time due to one cell on average.
It's not as important to 'overcharge' the first time as with a pack, but it's still recommended. Doesn't it say so...
I like the idea of no screw, and plan to eventually try it, but for now the screw seems the right place to mount some sort of stir device. Otherwise I'm at a bit of a loss.
As far as material, I think Stainless Steel is a good place to start, tough, easy enough to work and doesn't conduct heat...
Nor do I. But, based on the experience with Solo, Arizer doesn't consider a loose stem to be a failure. No doubt part of the decision to not sell the seals, but there it is. I'd think they'll replace a failed seal (like one that broke, tore or came out) but would continue to hold a loose stem...
Yer makin' me blush, Lady. Thanks for the kind words.
I agree, part of the job here is to question and discuss. Speculate if you will. Much better to be testing and analyzing but that's running a bit late right now......
With eyes and mind closed? Not for me. Feel free to yourself if you...
All the more reason to try PBW, a super detergent designed specifically to clean brewery kettles and plumbing without scrubbing. Uses 'oxygen action' and a bunch of water conditioners and is non toxic and 'green' so you can dump it down the drain with a clear conscience. And, as Pipes says, a...
