That video was a scare tactic. I assure you that you can start with the kiss cart if the silica is an issue. The kiss carts use no silica and no solder. it is a minimalist design and can be rebuild if you so desire.

No what I'm saying is the button is mounted flush so that it does not get pressed when stored. We looked at it from a technical point of view. We didnt look at finger sizes when designing it.

A few people use a small type of magnet that is placed over the button. Some people just use a foam disk with glue in the back. We are looking into this but the unit is made to be harder to turn on because it's lack of on off feature.
