1)-The oven temp can not be accurately probed if the oven is open.... you are measuring in an open system that is intended to be closed. 2)-If you leave oven door off with thermostat set, you are causing your own problems, as the oven can not stop heating... trying to reach temperature...

With Herbalizer there has not been a main issue. There have been a few quirks, all being addressed. None can be generalized as a main issue, in my opinion.

I use the DBV at max when I have the Ti-nail from the DBV Oil Rig on the element. Yes I think it reaches 500 degrees. The element itself likely is higher than that.
