That looks to be a co2 hemp extract, which should be a single ingredient and would be suitable for vaporizing. You just want to avoid vaping anything diluted in a carrier oil.

That type of CBD oil is NOT for inhalation, it's for topicals or tinctures. Those types of fats when vaporized could cause lipid pneumonia. The CBD oil should only have one ingredient for highest purity.
