my original response was to Maggie's post, who said her purchase was at the end of the sale. I understand that you and others may have ordered before PV but still haven't received units yet

the quoted post says the order was made at the end of the sale, thus likely after the PV order. regardless, PV has units in their possession ready to ship, independent of whether RBT also has units ready to ship.

PV purchased some # of units at preorder, received the order, and is now shipping onto their customers, as you would expect from a retail store. RBT presumably is in the process of building and shipping the remaining preorders, like yours.

I think one member received a unit this week, but the rest of the preorders are in the same boat as you. if I recall, the RBT website had the first week of July as the deadline for preorder shipping, though some members (including me) were told privately that preorder units would be shipping...
