Just want to jump in and say that I've been using my Vrod for about a month and I can say it is fantastic! But, I also want to give a big thumbs up to Lori and her work making sure all my needs have been met - customer service has been excellent.

FYI, I've found Bud great to work with. I really have the experience he is working hard to make things right for all of us. He's done that by me and stood behind his word.

I use it with my Mobius Ion Matrix or a Distilled Glass Recycler. I highly recommend it for any of you having trouble with harshness.

I have a Cloud Evo, a Mighty, an E-Nano, and an Elevape SV and I prefer the Galaxy Vortex. Of course, the Mighty and Elevape are portable and win out when that is needed.I can also use the Galaxy with their own ceramic nail for concentrates although I do prefer my d-nail with the sapphire halo...

I've been using the Galaxy Vortex for awhile now and I really like it best of all the flower vapes I have. Amazingly flavorful and super efficient. I'm interested how you are liking the Vortex at this point?

Yes, I called about this and I was told to definitely use heat retaining washer. I am loving the sapphire dish!
