Absolutely. I vape before getting on my foam roller. REALLY helps to to relax while at the same time, being able to consciously target whatever you are working on. It's really easy to tense up during therapy which is totally counterproductive and vapor helps to alleviate that tendency.

Yup. That's what came out of my Ascent as well. The ABV that comes out of my LSV, and previously, my Buddha, Ion and Purple Days never looked like that. The only vape that made my ABV look like that was from my Ascent. Kind of a reddish brown.
