Well, there are good working ones out there and those ones are really badass portables. I own one so I can say that. I don't think you should be calling it a "piece of shit" if you haven't even used one. They do need to get their shit together but, once they do they have a stellar product.

Is anything being done about the chipping on the black chrome? What other changes are being made to further the ascent?

Not many it appears. I'm anxious to see the revised version. Mine works great but looks like hell with all the black chrome chipping, the panels coming loose and the film on the oled. But it's a beast when it comes to functionality!!!
