Just a thought. The heating down the line keeps the vapor from dropping out. If everything is warm, it won't condensate on anything. You get it all. David

I get 5 to 7 anvil bowls on a charge with the wand. It takes about a minute.a little less with fresh batteries. I use no ad a pter. Dont set your Anvil in the wand on a wood table, it leaves a nice brown ring. ;);) David

This preheat is the cats ass. Everything is balanced. The preheat for the inside bowl, is just like my no name, so I was already doing that. Seems to be the way its supposed to be used. I can sit there and take my time with no or one reheat. If it gets too cool, I get the bickel...

I have not used butane since. Half bowl, I need to wait till second click. Sometimes it clicks at 8 and 9 seconds. David

More about the propane torch. Hold the flame tips at the oven, one on each copper band. 11 seconds first click, 12 seconds, second click. Will hold the heat for 2 or 3 hits in a piece. Do not go over clicks..... I have stopped at the first click. Rinse, Repeat :) It like that guy...

Been using a regular propane torch. I am a welder and mechanic, so these things are around all the time. It is self igniting and screws on the top of a 14 or 16 ounce propane tank. The flame is a rough 3 flames. I hold the biggest one at the base letting the rest cover the oven. 11 to 15...
