I find that to generally be a tendency of acryllic over time. As I said before, I'd jump on a version with an actualy glass cup and a redesign that would permit charging with the cup attached.

While we are going OT on the Tectonic, I am not getting any air leak on mine. So you may want to tinker or contact seller. Since it was released is recently I was surprised to see it as a Sneaky Pete Product of the year.

Interesting info and great data points. Also makes me realize that I've only used my Ti tips (current one and recent 7-fin surprise) so far and not the Steel from my 2020M. Regardless, still need to get things dialed back in my unit. But maybe some SS data points before sending it back are...

That's good news about the cup. Though I may still hold out until a glass option is available from either Tafee or aftermarket. And maybe by that time a v2 with USB port on the side will be available, so I can charge with cup attached on the bedside table at night. Or that's what I tell...

Curious about the feel of the cup? Honestly one of my reservations here is a strong preference for drinking from glass. (Other is battery and how charging is handled in a way that requires cup removal).

Should also probably be mentioned that down the road the DV Orion's lack of user-replaceable batteries could be an issue. Otherwise, loving the Fluxer Flite I just got, and Flix should be a good option too if portability not a concern. Or for around $50 you can get a "dental" IH from SJK...

I mean of the Tectonic issues to have, that's airflow in the tip is easy to fix. Love that BBVape not only has a forthcoming accessory pack but also that any 510 drip tip can be used.

A little secret between us: I'm not from Texas. Thanks for the confirmation. I'm even hitting combustion with the low temp cap, so it'll be going back for retuning and prob a 16mm coil. But will prob wait until the 16mm are in stock. It'll still be a good getting to know you time between now...

Yeah, that's why I consider the low temp cap almost mandatory with the Flite. At least with Ti tip and the later temp tuning of batch 1.
