the one on the left in the picture above is a waffle tube, the one to the right is a inverted showerhead, the inline is a special SGW gridded inline with 50+ grids. all of these will blow a PHX out of the water and go very, very nicely with a VHW :D

Konrad - for 350 I'd get a custom FOR SURE. You can get a nice piece from Sovereignty, SGW, Vertigo, Luke Wilson and many others. But to answer your question, it doesn't come with a stand.

Hanibal - I totally understand where you are coming from. Hit for hit, dry vapor is not as harsh as smoke but after 15+ hits, yeah, your throat can get irritated for sure. It's more so the dry, hot air than the cannabis cause I've taken "phantom" hits with just dry heat and my throat started...
