Grabbed a DC Dual PID so I can run my Qaroma and ZX at the same time, also grabbed one of Vgoodiez V3 glass injector bowls, designed for 14mm injectors. The DC PIDs brought my temps back to reality, now at 415 ZX on wood bowl, and 425 ZX on glass bowl (was down around 350 on my MiniNail PID)...

Not so. I use a SBL wooden bowl (originally from Hot Rod) with my ZX, originally designed for 19mm injectors that bowl can hold a lot more than the phase3 bowl.

Wowza! It looks nice, and every piece I have ever gotten from CH drips quality. I’m willing to pay them a premium for that quality, but 200% is a little steep of a premium methinks.

I’ve been wanting a dual PID so I can run both my ZX and Quaroma at the same time, since @VGOODIEZ has kindly extended the savings into spring I decided now is as good a time as any. And with a pre-order Lotus heading my way soon I added in a RBB Milk Ball and a 14mm Jhook to be it’s future hosts!

It’s a handsome piece, always good to have options! I concur with @LesPlenty , moving the mags to the outer walls and turning the dish into a bowl would be a fantastic next step for all of the major grinders.

I have been using mine with the SBL wood bowl from my Hot Rod, it’s a fantastic combo! It seats down in the bowl vice the 19mm injectors that sit atop, getting it closer to the load.

Decided to give my ZX coil the eensiest of stretches, if I’m honest mostly for visual reasons. I had been running at ~424 pre-stretch so I figured I’ll drop 20 just to be safe, 404 and immediately combusted. Gotta clean glass and find anything to get that awful taste out my mouth now now now...
