I don't know, if it's one of the ones that showed a purple light error then sending out a repaired unit would be a good field test of their supposed fix.
@Skuma There was someone a while back, on the old GH thread who had the same problem, Trevor eventually got back to them and manually took their order, if I recall properly
I'm aware of that. My point is only that we have no reason to think there are dozens out. There could possibly be hundreds out there already, but there is nothing to support that supposition.
I didn't confirm it myself, but I was told either in this or the shipping thread a few days ago that Trevor had charged them 35 dollars for a spare cord
Buzz and Justin have both said the screens look like they could take a beating. I'm glad they're apparently inserted really well, I hate a lost screen ruining a vape's function.
