I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my box and found a curvy girl. I don't have a square one to compare, but I'm guessing less sharp edges mean more comfortable in the hand, plus the curved edge on one side of the blocks makes reassembly more intuitive since there is no symmetry to confuse...

The pre-order price for the torus incycler homage is over $80 (when I looked at it over a week ago), I think that's probably close to the actual retail they will ask, but who knows? I'm very interested in this piece too, I could never justify paying for the real thing.

What awesome news! I don't expect it but if it had a nice size integrated stash area to store/load material from, I would be in heaven, almost all portables seem to be missing this kind of feature.
