When I start a session at @ 325F, I get visible vapor (as long as the ambient temperature isn't too low). Sometimes it's surprising how much vapor I get at that temp, it's not just some super whispy fog, it's more like a very visible cloud. That has always made me wonder if the F2 reads lower...
