I just tested my OG and with my standard pack I fit .07 grams into it. I could squeeze a bit more in but not much. That was surprising, I didn't realize the chamber was that much smaller. I should also note that I have my CCD installed "upside down" in my Ti tip which leaves a little more room...

I hand clean my Ti tips with iso soaked q-tips, no soaking required. It only takes a few moments if done regularly.

I agree with @phattpiggie, it is most likely a "cover your ass" disclaimer, using flammable solvents with a flame powered vaporizer could result in problems. As long as you thouroughly rinse all of the iso off first you will be fine. The condenser is stainless steel, it's perfectly fine to use...

To clean my condenser I push small pieces of iso soaked paper towel through it with a bamboo skewer. Cleans it in no time at all!
