    Discontinued ThermoVape

I own an m102, and find the taste to be "stale" and even kind of "musty" by comparison to my TV. I attribute this to the fact that the Solo is moreso working on the basis of conduction. TV being the only true portable convection vaporizer really does put it in a class of its own in terms of...

To play devil's advocate here, there is a chance Government Motors could put a good deal more tires on the road, so to speak, if one were to receive lifetime wholesale tires installed on their GM vehicle. Just sayin', there are many ways to sell a car, or skin a cat for that matter. That said...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

I'm a bit confused. You say it is driving it at the "correct levels" for the T1, but then say that a supply with 5 amp rating is worth looking for. Is 3.5-3.8 amps "ample", or does it need the 5 to properly fire? Thanks.

    Aromed 4.0

That looks like a good option. Spec'd precisely the same as OEM for Aromed. My link is a 120v. Not sure if that would cause a problem, but I think you found the winner, if Home Depot is a no-go.

    Aromed 4.0

That is a definite score. Try this link out, it looks a little bit more substantial for the same price: http://www.amazon.com/Higuchi-JCD-6013-Halogen-120-130/dp/B0002B0G9W

    Aromed 4.0

The stem of an Arizer Solo fits perfectly in the end of the silicone tubing and creates the perfect amount of restriction on the line to create better vapor at lower temperatures, and without the toasty taste, and without splashing the water quite as high in the bubbler, but still percolating it...

    Aromed 4.0

I am pretty sure it is an easy replacement. I'm unsure if Home Depot has it, though here is one for under six bucks: http://www.seagulllighting.com/502/Light-Bulb-9794-32.html

    Arizer Solo

Yes, I would say so. As a pocket vape, it works phenomenally. And on-demand, like a pipe. But with unsurpassed flavor. You need only prepare in advance for how many batteries you may need to bring along. Also, having to stir the load is a mild inconvenience. One which the Evo addresses...

    Arizer Solo

I just picked up a ceramic m102. It has the slightest bit of chipping at the top rim. Is it worth holding onto at this point unless it gets worse? I am in love with it already. I've got the two hole stems, of course, and find it to be quite sufficient for drawing nice vapor. Doesn't the...

    Arizer Solo

Conversely, however, this is to imply that the microdab takes what could be considered a long time to deliver a relatively small amount of active compounds. That cuts both ways. Can be seen as a good thing if efficiency is your goal, but a bad thing if a quick delivery of a substantial amount...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

I did not mean to imply it would not be safe. Rather, what subtle flavor the filter stands to impart on the vapor. It is my feeling that all materials impart an influence on the vapor. For example, the difference between the delrin, aluminum, and ceramic are all different. The all glass vapor...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

While I understand why it is not to be used with the T1 or Evolution, what is the reason for incompatibility with the DART? Is it truly unidentified, as in, not ceramic like your other filters? Some people I suspect, myself included, will be interested to know what exactly the vapor is passing...

Very exciting stuff. Do you guys know what date your episode will be airing? I see the series starts in the middle of June...

I believe the bottom compartment that makes contact with the battery compartment is completely isolated from the airpath for the core. Anyone feel free to correct me, but I do not believe you need to be concerned of inhaling anything at all from that area of the device.

Thank you for this input Tim. I have a counter, and I don't mean any disrespect by it. Please put me in my place if I am mistaken, but I am glad to hear this from the horses' mouth, so to speak. Here is my thinking: With the current, standard 30 watt core, an interesting thing occurs as the...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

So Tim, I asked this the other day by email, but have yet to receive a reply. Did you guys ever prototype any 3 coil cores? I was asked by email to provide some numbers for what I'm looking for, but I'd like your guys' feedback first on what's been tried, what is not wise to try, and what may...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

It may indeed be susceptible to user error if not used properly, but do you not find that the TV delivers too little heat as soon as the voltage on the cells begins to drop? It seems like a 45 watt core would have the benefit of being able to continue delivering 30 watts worth of heat closer to...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

Very good. What I just may proceed with is requesting a core with three coils of standard length and gauge. Yes, I realize in so doing i am hot-rodding the potential maximum operating temperature output of the device. Am I wrong in thinking that as long as I pulse it on a fresh set of cells...

    Discontinued ThermoVape

There is an arrow pointing right and then with a line running through it perpendicular on my meter. When I set it to that, I do get a measure of "2" at the lowest on the core. I don't know how to interpret any of this. As for measuring voltage on the core, OF, are you talking about connecting...

Without current applied? My multimeter has ohm settings starting @ 20. When I set it to that, it registers nothing. There is no 0 ohm setting. Starts at 20 & goes up.
