Have anybody been s.o.l on their warranty return? I've sent mine next day about 3 to 4 weeks ago and haven't heard anything they won't even respond to my emails and somebody definitely signed got the package.help please!!!

Hey guys i need some help i ordered a pn pro around September its been awesome till yesterday i used it on the 3rd heat setting it was all good then I tried to use it about 30 minutes later and the light turn solid too fast and it never gets hot. Anyone knows what's up.
