I am in the same boat, trying to decide between the chandelier and double shower head. I think the double shower head might have less diffusion/more flavor, so I am leaning that way, but the chandelier looks really nice as well. Trying to resist getting both at such a great price.

Since I am in CA it got here quick, and it works great. The top of the perc chamber on the defective PNWT was really close to the top splash guard chamber leaving no gap, this one has more of a gap.

After I sent them my video they responded after a couple days.

They sent me an email with a tracking number. I filled an ELB 2/3 full and it will not stop giving vapor. It has taken me 10 minutes to write this. I am in a medicated state like I have not experienced it quite a while. No hype when it comes to this vaporizer, just pure medicinal bliss.

Yea, I tried that several times last night. Slowly poured water in and as soon as it reaches the level of the perc holes it spills out. Not sure. I think I read in another thread a couple days ago where someone's new PNWT was doing the same thing as ours when he first filled it up.
