    Silver Surfer Vaporizer

Was it a custom-built unit? If it's not a stock unit you have to wait for parts to be manufactured: A stock unit might go out the next day. I just called and spoke to someone at 7th Floor, so they seem to be answering their phone.

I got mine, when there was no wait and it was less expensive, because it was highly praised for it's looks, efficiency, ruggedness, costumer service and more. Are you calling happy pd owners irrational fanatics because you want a pd to. Sour Grapes.

    Heating Element Materials...Are vaporizers safe?

The Volcano has an aluminum heating block. Here's a good thread at Physics Forum that gets into the safety of aluminum inhalation:http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=171970

    The Magic-Flight Box

I think the shaking/stirring causes some pieces ,because of their weight and shape, to rise up from the screen and they don't get as much heat. This seems to be true for pieces of stem, which is good.

    Was I expecting too much?

The boiling point is not the same as the temperature at which things sublimate/vaporize. You haven't shown me something that says CBN sublimates/vaporizes at a lower temperature than THC. An early study shows that THC is produced at 185 C:http://www.canorml.org/healthfacts/vaporizerstudy1.html

How long does a 1oz. of good bud last you in you vaporizer

If the lungs can readily process a limited amount of THC, then smaller hits would be most efficient. But I think it's more like the lungs process a portion/percentage of what is available and the same remaining percentage of THC is exhaled for small and large hits, making neither much more...

In the states, Ronson is one to avoid. The IO can work with Ronson but it is not recommended on the IO website:http://www.my-iolite.com/support_3.asp and has been problematic for some.

    Was I expecting too much?

Even if other places show CBN vaporizing at a lower temperature, I don't think they show it to vaporize at a lower temperature than THC, as you wrote. Common knowledge seems to be that THC vaporizers at a lower temperature than CBN.

    Iolite vaporiser

I got a new mouthpiece and chamber from Got Vape a couple of weeks ago and of course the new mouthpiece, with the four hash marks at the base, broke after a few days of use. I called Got Vape and they sent me a package of 3 mouthpieces free of charge. The new mouthpieces have wider hash marks...

    Purple-Days availability

It just means that those who order now will probably have to wait 9+ weeks, not you. It's an honest estimate to give you a heads-up on the wait before you make your purchase. Things happen and changes are made that may make the actual wait time longer or shorter.
